1940s Universal Geneve Chronographs are without a doubt some of the most beautiful and important chronographs ever made. Finding them in great condition with well-preserved dials is extremely difficult to find due to the way they were produced back then. This reference 22498 we are offering here is one of the best we’ve ever seen.

Features: Clean white dial, silver stick handset, sunken subsidiary registers, domed crystal, snap-on case back, signed crown, square pushers, 12-hour counting chronograph w/ 30-minute intervals, outer tachymeter scale, elongated lugs, circa 1946

Condition: In stunning all original condition. The dial is as pristine as you can find on an 80-year-old UG chronograph with very little to no defects. The case is sharp with no major dents or scratches and no signs of any overpolishing. The movement has been recently professionally serviced and keeps excellent time when tested on the machine. The chronograph works with buttery smooth action and resets perfectly to zero.
