What We Fancy

The Wittnauer Professional 7004A is a favorite here at TWG, and with collectors. This Wittnauer stands apart from other chronographs due to its considerably larger case at 40mm & the amazing burgundy bezel. Luckily, both are in tip-top shape. The 7004a came w/ several variations w/ slight adjustments. This very well could be the most desirable having all the great characteristics like the Valjoux 7733 (recently serviced), broad arrow minutes hand, and near-perfect bezel.

Case: 40mm (excluding crown) 13.5mm thick, 46.5mm long, all stainless steel, screw-down case back, outer rotating bezel, drilled lugs, original pump pushers & signed crown

Movement: Valjoux caliber 7733, manual winding, recently serviced

Bracelet/ Strap: Original stainless steel bracelet w/ Wittnauer clasp, 20mm lugs

Features: Stunning matte black dial, tritium lume, broad arrow handset, large lollipop seconds hand, outer bi-directional rotating bezel, red yachting subdial, 30-minute counting chronograph, pump pushers, screw-down case back, circa the early 1970s

Box & Papers: No

Condition: In fantastic all original condition. The dial is mint with no defects and no signs of patina. The case is very good with no signs of any polishing, edges are sharp. There are some minor scratches in some areas but that is to be expected with a watch as such, the bezel rotates properly. The movement has been recently serviced and keeps excellent time when tested. The chrono works as it should.
