What We Fancy

The earliest examples of the 6146-8000 have a different dial to those that came later, with “Grand Seiko” on the dial under the GS logo, rather than “Hi-Beat 36000”. Given the much shorter production run of these early pieces, they are very collectible. This particular example is in fantastic all original and recently serviced condition.

Condition: In overall fantastic all original condition. The dial is excellent with no major defects or blemishes. The case has some patina but remained unpolished and in overall great condition. The movement has been recently serviced and keeps accurate time when tested over 24-hours.
