Waltham Bathyscaphe by Blancpain
Waltham Bathyscaphe by Blancpain
What We Fancy
Collectors often refer to this model as the '“Baby Blancpain” and an example can even be found on the wrist of Paul Newman in the 1966 film Harper. This is a true tool watch thru and thru and it was used as intended.

Condition: In overall good condition. The dial has aged due to the radium used on the markers, in overall good condition. The case back is free of any scratches or dents while the chrome-plated top definitely has some wear to it. This is likely due to the fact this watch was used for decades as an intended tool watch. The option to re-chrome the watch is entirely up to the buyer but that can always be done. The movement has been recently fully serviced and keeps accurate time when tested.
