SEIKOSHA Special Seiko WWII Navy
SEIKOSHA Special Seiko WWII Navy
A History
WWII is a deeply captivating yet frightening time in the history of our race. It saw destruction & death on unimaginable levels, at the same time, it pushed technology to new heights. Military watches in the European Theaters see more attention from collectors today, the Pacific doesn’t receive that same attention. Nonetheless, these watches hold a tremendous amount of history and craftsmanship. This particular piece dates to the end of the 1930s and the anchor symbol on the case back indicates it was used in the Navy. It could have very well seen use in the Japanese Imperial Navy during the war.
