Hamilton GG-W-113 US Air Force 'LNOS'
Hamilton GG-W-113 US Air Force 'LNOS'
What We Fancy
Since the Vietnam war, the US Air Force has issued military watches, made under GG-W-113 specification, to their pilots. These watches were manufactured under government contract by various American watch companies such as Benrus, Hamilton, and Waltham. The GG-W-113 watches are easy to confuse with the more commonly seen Mil-W-46374 field watches. The GG-W-113 watched differ in a few aspects such as hacking feature, H3/ radiation marks on dial, & issued with black nato bands instead of olive. This particular example is in excellent like new old stock condition & was originally found at the bottom of a bag of old military patches. This is perhaps the reason that the watch is in such incredible condition after all these years.
